We are excited to partner with you on your catered event at the Dallas Epic II.
As you review the options and make selections for your event at the Dallas campus, please keep in mind the following:
Regular business hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. After hours services are available.
Catering orders during regular business hours must be submitted (3) business days in advance.
Should you require catering before or after regular business hours, please submit your request (5) business days in advance. Please note, service fees will vary on the size and length of your event.
Catering services may last up to two hours.
Quantity minimums must be met.
BE ADVISED: if you are paying with a PO and we do not receive the PO for your order one business day prior to your event, we will not provide service.

All notices of cancellation must be sumitted at least three business days prior to your scheduled event.
Events cancelled within the three business day window may incur charges for specialty food and beverages items already purchased for your event. Additionally, any labor costs already incurred in preparation for your event may be charged regardless of cancellation timing.
